It’s that time of year again!

Yes, it is ant, spider, stinging insect season & rat season. Rat season includes the four legged rats we deal with year round and the seasonal two legged rats that are going door to door doing sales. Pest control companies going door to door are not local companies. They are generally aggressive and use scare tactics to get your business. If they show you pictures of how horrible your crawlspace is make sure to verify it is actually your crawlspace.

Before signing any contracts verify who you are working with. Ask the sales person for their license through Washington Department of Agriculture. They do not need their license to sell, but do you really want to purchase something from someone that does not actually know how to do the work? Ask to see their solicitors permit and look at their reviews. Be sure to do a true price comparison on services being offered.
